WELCOME, N.C. - Richard Childress Racing announced Monday that Justin Alexander will replace Slugger Labbe as crew chief for the No. 3 Monster Energy Cup Series team driven by Austin Dillon, effective immediately.

According to RCR, Labbe is leaving the organization to pursue other opportunities. He will be replaced by Justin Alexander, who previously served as crew chief for the organization's No. 2 team in the NASCAR Xfinity Series.

The No. 2 Xfinity Series team for RCR will be led by Randall Burnett, who previously served as crew chief for AJ Allmendinger at JTG Daugherty Racing. JTG Daughtery announced last week that Ernie Cope would replace Burnett as crew chief of the No. 47 team.
