We use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the website, track user's movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use.

We will share aggregated demographic information with our marketing partners and advertisers. This is not linked to any personally identifiable information that can identify any individual, unless the individual provided consent during registration for surveys, contests or promotions (see below) or other services. We will share personally identifiable information with certain advertisers and contest sponsors when you enter the data to participate in the survey, contest or promotion.  Check the specific survey, contest or promotion rules for more information about data sharing. We partner with other third parties to provide specific services. When the user signs up for these services, We will share information that is necessary for the third party to provide these services. These parties are not allowed to use personally identifiable information except for the purpose of providing these services (this is monitored by Speedway Motorsports).  We may also share personally identifiable information with certain sponsors and marketing partners for use in marketing such third party's products or services.  We may also use personally identifiable information to market on behalf of a sponsor or marketing partner.

Surveys & Contests

From time-to-time We will offer surveys or contests on our site and will collect information from users. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and the user therefore has a choice whether or not to disclose this information. Information requested may include personal information (such as name and shipping address), and demographic information (such as zip code, age level). Such information will be used to notify the winners and award prizes. In addition, information supplied in connection with entry into any contests or promotions (through the use of paper entry forms or sponsor websites) may be used for marketing purposes and may be shared with third parties for marketing purposes; notice of such use of this information will be set forth in the rules of any applicable contest or promotion.  Survey information will be used for purposes of monitoring or improving the use and satisfaction of this website.

We use standard industry practices to safeguard the confidentiality of your personally identifiable information. We treat data as an asset that must be protected against loss and unauthorized access. We employ many different security techniques to protect such data from unauthorized access by users inside and outside the company.

When our registration/order form asks users to enter sensitive information (such as credit card number and/or social security number), that information is encrypted-in transit. While on a secure page, such as our order form, the lock icon on the bottom of Web browsers such as Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to un-locked, or open, when you are just 'surfing'. All of our users' information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices.
