Originally from South Carolina, Alan graduated from Clemson University with a degree in microbiology. He worked as a PRN intern in the Affiliations Department while pursuing a degree in Motorsports Management from Rowan-Cabarrus Community College. He was hired full time upon graduation. Alan and his wife Beth reside in Charlotte with their two daughters Madeline and Emma.
