If you have attended a racetrack in the Southeast you have most likely heard Chuck Carland on the public address system. Chuck's voice has been a fixture at many tracks including Atlanta, Charlotte, New Hampshire and Orange County. Chuck has worked with PRN for several years as a turn announcer and generally describes the action in turns three and four.

Chuck also works with WSOC-FM103 in Charlotte on their race week coverage. Chuck is from Lancaster and graduated from the University of Tennessee in 1983 with a degree in electrical engineering. Chuck lives in Lancaster with his wife Teresa and their daughter Lauren. Chuck also specializes in rebuilding late model passenger cars that have been wrecked; he is not going to work for a race team anytime in the future.
